Uth | Youth in middle and high school are welcome to attend discipleship and mission projects. Contact Jason Engle or visit the youth website.
AWANA | Kids aged 3 through grade 5 are encouraged to be a part of AWANAS: "A Workman Approved is Not Ashamed". Each Wednesday night, kids participate in crafts, games, and studying Scripture.
Men's Fraternity | Men's Fraternity is a series of three one-year-long studies, beginning with The Quest for Authentic Manhood, followed by Authentic Manhood: Winning at Work and Home, and concluding with The Great Adventure series. More than just a rally or a Bible study, Men's Fraternity provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. We meet on Tuesday mornings at 6am or Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Contact J.T. for questions.
Apples of Gold | Women are searching for community, camaraderie and companionship. They also want to grow and mature in their mothering skills as well as in their spiritual lives. Apples of Gold fills all of these needs. It’s not just a mentoring program; it’s not just a cooking class. It’s a nurturing, intergenerational connection that teaches women how to love their husbands; love their children; and practice submission, hospitality, kindness and purity. Contact Susan Hodges with questions.
Bread | Each week we welcome first-time visitors with bread! Never made bread before? Then it's time you learn! Contact the church office if you'd like to be a part of this hospitality ministry to Westwood visitors.
Carolina Faith Riders (Motorcycle Ministry) | Carolina Faith Riders is a motorcyclist ministry designed to be intentionally evangelistic and to give churches an additional resource to equip and engage members to boldly share their faith with those in their community who are lost, unchurched and searching for a place of significance of which they can be a part. It is our prayer that this ministry will excite members to use their love of motorcycles as a tool to become a Great Commandment Christian, fulfill the Great Commission and glorify God.
If you have a passion for riding, or even just enjoy an occasional cruise, come and join us in our chapter of Carolina Faith Riders. We meet the second Saturday of the month at Westwood at 3 pm for a ride to a local eatery for a meal, fellowship, and more riding. If you are interested in more details, you may contact Ted Cope at tedandmarcia@gmail.com, or call the church office at 336-599-1982.
